Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what this website measures, what we keep, and why. We are a small local home-repair business. We do not sell your information and we never will.
1. What you give us
If you fill out the free-estimate form, we receive your name, phone number, the service you chose and the job description you type. We use this only to contact you about your job and to schedule the estimate.
That information is saved in our website's database and a copy is emailed to our business inbox (homejs733@gmail.com). To block spam, the server may briefly look at your IP address when you send the form; we do not use it for anything else.
If you call, text or message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens through your phone carrier or WhatsApp, under their own privacy policies. If you send us photos of your job, we use them only to prepare your estimate.
2. What the website measures automatically
To learn which version of the page helps people reach us, the site records simple, anonymous events. These events never include your name, phone number, the text you type, or your IP address.

We keep these records to compare page versions and improve the site. When your form is sent, the same campaign tags are saved with it so we know which ad brought the request.
3. Cookies

The campaign tags from your ad click are also kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works; you can always call or text us.
4. Google services
This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking and loads the Inter font from Google Fonts. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when these load. 5. Who sees your information
Only the owner of JS Home Repairs and people who help run the business. Our website host (Hostinger) and email provider (Google) store the data on their servers. We share information only if the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept while we are working with you and for up to 3 years afterward for our business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Anonymous page events are kept up to 2 years.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email homejs733@gmail.com or call or text 346-890-1308. We will answer within 45 days.
8. Children
This site is for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
