1. What this website is for

This site tells you what JS Home Repairs does and lets you call, text, message us on WhatsApp, or request a free estimate. It does not sell services online and does not show prices.

2. Free estimates

Estimates are free. We can estimate from photos you send us by text or WhatsApp, or by visiting your home. We send you the estimate after reviewing the job. An estimate is not a contract. The scope, price and schedule of any job are agreed with you in writing or in person before work starts. Requesting an estimate does not oblige you to hire us, and submitting the form does not guarantee we can take the job.

3. Service area

We are based in Katy, Texas, and work in Katy and nearby areas. Whether we can take a job depends on its location and our schedule.

4. Who does the work

The work is done by our own team.

5. Photos and reviews

The photos on this site show work done by JS Home Repairs. Reviews are copied word for word from our public Google Business Profile, where you can read all of them. Results vary with every home and project.

6. Information on the site

We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current. Service details are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Anything specific to your home will be discussed at the estimate.

7. Website content

The JS Home Repairs name, logo, photos and text belong to JS Home Repairs. Please don’t copy them without permission.

8. Links to other sites

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and other services take you to sites we don’t control, under their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, JS Home Repairs is not responsible for losses that come from using the website itself. This does not limit any rights you have under a written agreement for work we do at your home.
